Our Thermal Poly Deck System comprises panels featuring insulation cores of 3.5 inches, 5.5 inches, and 7.25 inches sandwiched between two 1/2-inch Oriented Strand Boards, resulting in a 25% higher insulation rating than conventional flooring constructions! ThermaDeck eliminates the need for costly foundation work, and its finished surface accommodates various flooring types such as carpet, laminate, tile, or nearly any other flooring option.

At Sunspace, we manufacture framing, insulation, and vapor barriers, and our Dealers are proficient in both the production and installation of all decking products. This integrated approach reduces labor costs while ensuring top-notch deck quality. All panels are meticulously laminated in our factory to match the precise size and specifications required for your project, and the deck is assembled on-site using a straightforward tongue and groove style.
