**How does it work if I'm planning on building a new porch structure?**
We can assist you with the design and construction details if you are already working with another builder, or we can recommend a builder familiar with our products. Either way, we are glad to help.

Clear, smoke, bronze or dark grey are all standard available tinting options.
Our windows with the bronze or dark gray tinting has shown to outperform Low E Argon glass from heat gain. All tinted View Flex vinyl is treated with UV inhibitors.
Our windows have been tested and are rated up to 100 mph winds.
Yes, we have doors standard sizes of 30″,32″,34″ and 36″ wide by 80″ tall. However, we can make each door up to 96″ tall with the maximum width of 42″. Cabana doors come, also, with a passage locked set in antique brass, satin nickel or bright brass. We also offer French doors in custom sizes.
We provide a cleaner/conditioner with each order. We recommend that this product be used every six months to keep the warranty in place. Windows, in addition, may be cleaned with a mild soap or detergent such as liquid Woolite or Dove. ABSOLUTELY NO AMMONIA OR HARSH CHEMICAL TYPES i.e. Windex with Ammonia
Since all windows are custom made, it takes approximately 4-5 weeks to receive them from the time the order is placed.
Generally, a Sunspace Sunroom can be installed in as little as a day. However, it all depends on the complexity and size of the project.
Each room is custom made to fit your space and is dependent on the number of doors and windows as well as the size (height x width). Contact us for an estimate.
